Please note: Made to order rings have a processing time of 2 weeks to allow time for the order to be made. Please allow an additional 2 weeks on top of delivery times for made to order items. All other items are processed the next business day.

Returns
Custom/commissioned jewellery is non-refundable. 
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
There is a 14-day returns period on all other jewellery as long as the jewellery has not been worn.
